Texas Outrigger Canoe Club  was founded in 1987 at Surfside Beach,  by Carleton Kruse, Cheryl and Karan Cleland.   TOCC was the first outrigger club on the western Gulf Coast. Our club is committed to fostering the Hawaiian Aloha spirit and enjoyment of outrigger canoeing.
